2022 Q1: Jan-Mar

Since posting ‘Crime Reference number: 6029679/21’ on January 1st, I have received a number of questions from new readers on issues such as the scope & jurisdiction of the court cases registered in Hammersmith, UK, and the International Criminal Court (ICC).

I suspect this is because my subscribers re-posted it on social media platforms, which is excellent because anything that gets the word out to a greater section of the population…at a time when the mainstream media wants the population to be ignorant and compliant…is a very good thing.

However, I feel the need to make a few comments to guide people’s expectations:

  1. I am not a member of Mark Sexton’s team, so have no inside knowledge of the cases. I only know what the team releases publicly, and not necessarily immediately

  2. As regards whether the Hammersmith case is applicable in territories such as Canada and the US, I am not a lawyer, let alone an international lawyer, and am therefore unable to offer any advice. My guess, as a layman, is that 6029679/21 is only applicable in the UK. As regards the ICC application, if they decide to accept the case, it may well have international scope, but what that means at this stage, again I do not have the legal knowledge or qualifications to pass an informed comment or to offer advice

  3. Mark Sexton has been banned from FaceBook, which is no surprise to anyone who understands who & what Mark Suckerbucks stands for
